Poland - day 4

Íme az utolsó nap képei, én is végre a lengyel beszámoló végére értem :) Régóta érdekelnek a II. világháborúval kapcsolatos dolgok, filmek így örültem amikor kiderült, hogy egy koncentrációs tábort is megnézünk, bár sejtettem, hogy kicsit lehangoló lesz az élmény főleg az előző esti hepajkodás után. Megdöbbentő, hogy mi is ott voltunk azokban az épületekben, ahol az emberek aludtak, láttuk a személyes tárgyaikat, ruháikat, fényképeiket. Még mindig kicsit nehéz elhinni, hogy mindez megtörtént és senki sem tett ellene semmit a kezdetekben. A dolog egyetlen pozitívuma az volt, hogy elképesztően szép volt a táj és mesebeli felhőket kaptunk aznapra, ami a mi kis fényképezni kedvelő csapatunknak nagyon tetszett :) A kései indulás miatt mire végigvonszoltuk magunkat a táboron jól eltelt az idő így csak egy gyors ebédre és pakolásra volt idő, mielőtt búcsút intettünk Rencsinek és Lengyelországnak. Hamarabb értünk haza Szegedre, mint azt eredetileg terveztük, mert Adri apukája egy kisbusszal várt minket a reptéren. Igazi szerencsés fordulat volt ez, nekem is kényelmesebb volt, hogy nem negyed 8-ra értem haza, mert 9-kor már vizsgáztam! Szerencsére sikerült bemákolni és 5-öst kaptam és, hogy a csütörtöki is ilyen jól sikerüljön megyek is vissza tanulni! :)

I'm finishing my polish journal with the pictures from the last day. I've always been interested in films and things that are connected to and are about the II. World War so I was excited when I got to know that we are visiting a concentration camp. Of course I was aware that it will be a bit depressing because of the history and the fact that we had a party the night before. It's still hard for me to process that we were in the very same buildings where people were sleeping, we saw their personal belongings and clothes. It's horrible what happened there and that no one did anything to stop it in the beginning. The only positive thing was that the landscape was amazing and we got fairytale clouds for that day which very much impresed our little group of photographers :) Since we arrived a bit late in the camp, by the time we finished walking around it, we only had time for a quick lunch and packing before we said goodbye to Rencsi and Poland. We arrived in Szeged earlier than expected because Adri's dad was waiting for us with a minivan at the airport so instead of arriving at 7:15 am we travelled comfortably and arrived around 1 am. It was perfect for me because I had to be in an exam at 9 am. I was lucky and got an A and if I want to get the same grade on Thursday I have to go study now! :)
