Julefrokost

Julefrokost vagyis karácsonyi ebéd. Dániában általában december 25-én összegyűlik a család/barátok és egy ehhez hasonló ebédet tartanak, rengeteg hallal, sajttal és májassal. Kedvencem az almás-hagymás zsír, ami hering alatt isteni! Igazi felüdülés a sok nehezebb étel között egy ilyen lakoma, viszont nagyon nehéz megállni, hogy ne szedjen az ember mindenből kétszer. Vagy háromszor...:)

Julefrokost means christmas lunch in danish. The Danes gather on 25th December to have a meal like this one, with family or friends. This means loads of fish, cheese and vegetables. My favourite is the fat with apple and onion, it is absolutely delicious with hering! It's nice to have a lighter meal like this among all the christmas food, but it's hard to eat only one portion of everything. It's even hard to stop at three...:)
